Introduction of material
DH-DQ003 antirust primer is a two-component polyurethane primer. After polishing or sandblasting the metal structure, apply this anti-rust primer, which has a good anti-corrosion effect and can greatly improve the binding force with polyurea.
The main purpose
It can be used for rust and corrosion protection of metal structures, and can greatly increase the binding force with polyurea layer.

Thecoating method
1. Sand blasting or polishing to Sa2.5 level on the surface of the metal substrate. The burr of the substrate shall be ground flat.
2. Mix according to A:B=4:1 (mass ratio), weigh accurately and stir evenly.
3. The thickness of the film should be thin rather than thick. If the film is too thick, it will affect the binding force.
4. Brush with brush and roller.
5. The best construction time and the best binding force be within 24 hours after the primer solidifies.
