Introduction of material
DH-DQ004 concrete seal primer is a two-component polyurethane primer. DH-DQ004 polyurethane primer is applied to the concrete,which has a good sealing effect on the holes and a good binding force with concrete and polyurea.
The main purpose
It is used to close the pores of concrete, which can seal the air and water, avoid bulking and pinprick after spraying polyurea, andincrease the binding force with polyurea layer.

The coating method
1. The surface of the concrete substrate should be clean without oil, water, impurities, etc. Remove loose surfaces and repair pits and holes.
2. Mix according to A:B=4:1 (mass ratio), weigh accurately and stir evenly.
3. According to the concrete situation, brush one or two, interval time should not be too long. Film thickness should be thin rather than thick, thick film will affect the binding force.
4. Brush, roller coating and spraying are available.
5. The best construction time and the best binding force should be within 24 hours after the primer solidifies.
