Introduction:

      DH-631 wear-resistant material is a polyurea elastomer material composed of isocyanate semi-prepolymer, amine chain extender, polyether, pigment and additives. The material has excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance. It is a high-performance material with new process and new technology.

Purpose:

      DH-631 anti-corrosion and wear-resisting material is used for lining of mining equipment, flow groove of coal mine, mineral transport pipeline, conveyor belt, cement mortar treatment equipment; and also used for vibrating screen, spiral separator, grinding equipment, hydraulic classifier; and also used for improving the wear resistance of the inner wall of ball mill. It is also used for the wear-resisting protection of pick-up truck and container truck.

Performance indicators:

Substrate processing:

      The metal substrate shall be sandblasted to Sa2.5 level or polished to remove the rust and burr of the substrate. The substrate shall be clean to avoid oil stains and impurities and water on the substrate.

The coating method:
      High temperature and high pressure spraying equipment specially used for polyurea are used.

Supporting materials:
      If there are holes in the metal substrate, DH-XN repair putty should be used first.
      DH-DQ002 anti-rust primer can be applied to the substrate after sandblasting as required.
      During multi-pass spraying, if the interval between each pass is too long, more than 3 hours, the surface needs to be polished, and then DH-DQ001 layer adhesives are applied.
      If the polyurea material is damaged, manual repair material DH-X200 can be used to repair.
