DH-621 Anticorrosive material for metal structure

Introduction:
DH-621 is a polyurea elastomer material composed of isocyanate semi-prepolymer, amine chain extender, polyether, pigment and additives. It is one of the most advanced spraying technologies in the world.
Purpose:
DH-621 metal structure anticorrosive material is used for anticorrosion of all kinds of metal chemical equipment in petroleum and chemical industry, such as chemical storage tank, pickling tank, original oil tank, coastal steel structure, offshore drilling platform and ship deck.

Substrate processing
The metal substrate should be sandblasted to Sa2.5 level to remove the rust and burrs of the substrate. The substrate should be clean and avoid oil stains and impurities and water on the substrate.
The coating method
High temperature and high pressure spraying equipment for polyurea are used for substrate.
Supporting materials
If there are holes in the metal substrate, They should be repaired with DX-XN repairing putty before all others.
DH-DQ002 anti-rust primer can be applied to the substrate after sandblasting as required.
In multi-pass spraying, if the interval time between each passes is so long that it can exceed 3 hours , the surface need to be polished, and then the dh-dq001 layer adhesive is applied.
If the polyurea material is damaged, manual repair material dh-x100 can be used.
