DH-831 Industrial flooring materials

Introduction:
DH-831 industrial floor material is polyurea elastomer material composed of isocyanate semi-prepolymer, amine chain extender, polyether, pigment and additives. It is matched with primers, topcoats and other materials to from a ground protective layer with superior performance and beautiful appearance. DH-831 industrial floor polyurea material has fast curing speed, instant molding, continuous spraying and no sag, and excellent wear resistance,elasticity, beautiful and comfortable feeling, and nol-slip.
Purpose:
DH-831 industrial floor materials are used for not only floor of various enterprises, such as about chemical plant, pharmaceutical factory, food factory, but also used for warehouse, parking lots; and it also used for all kinds of advanced sports venues such as: about tennis court, basketball court, badminton court, runway, etc. And it also used for the protection of stadium stands.

Substrate processing:
The concrete substrate should be removed the cement floating slurry, and loosed impurities on the substrate, The substrate should be clean before construction, avoid oil and impurities, avoid water on the substrate, repair cavity defects, and brush concrete special sealing primer.
The coating method:
High temperature and high pressure spraying equipment specially used for polyurea are used for substrate.
Supporting materials:
DH-XN repair putty was used to repair the holes and defects on the concrete substrate.
Apply a special concrete seal primer DH-DQ003 to the substrate.
During multi-pass spraying, if the interval between each passes is so long that it can exceed 3 hours, the surface need to be polished, and then DH-DQ001 layer adhesives are applied.
If the polyurea material is damaged, manual repair material DH-X200 can be used.
If the aromatic polyurea surface needs to be protected against discoloration, please apply the matching DH-AM001 aliphatic topcoat.
