Introduction :

DH-AM002 Aliphatic high weathering anticorrosive coating is atwo-component polyurea coating. It has excellent wear resistance and color retention.Film brightness is high. It will not be powder, yellow even if it is exposured to the sun for a long time and it has a long service life. It is a high-grade anticorrosive coating. Excellent anti-corrosion performance, good chemical resistance, resistance to water, acid, alkali, salt. It contains a lot of solid matter and can be thickly coated.

Purpose:

It can be used for anticorrosion of metal structure. And it can also be used for concrete surface as high-grade flooring materials.

The coating method:

      1.Sandblast the metal substrate to Sa2.5 level, the burr of the substrate should be polished, and the substrate should be clean before spraying with out oil,water, impurities and rust.
      2. The concrete base material, the floating cement slurry, and loosed impurities onthe base material should be removed, and the base material should be clean before construction to avoid oil and impurities and water on the base material,and the ground should be smooth after repair and treatment.
      3.According to A:B=1:1 (weight ratio), weigh the mixture accurately and mix it well.
      4. It can be sprayed, brushed and rolled.
